Button Through 1940s Tea Dress

The measurements for the dress are Bust: 34" 86 cm / Waist: 32" 82 cm

This is a beautiful 1950s style tea dress with an absolutely gorgeous lining (its kinda satiny with pretty circles embroidered in it!). It buttons all the way down the front so that makes it really versatile, you could leave a couple of buttons undone and make it sexy, or button it up and look really cute and innocent! This would look gorgeous over skinny jeans with a little vest or tee underneath, or wear it on its own with ballet flats and a little cardy... Sooooooooo cute! The dress comes with a removeable sash... so you could wear your own belt with it... or lower the sash and wear it on your hips ... its up to you.

What can I say about this fabric? It is just the most beautiful fabric that I have ever seen... I have been obsessing over it for such a long time, I just had to get some and make something out of it! I know it's a kinda summery colour, but imagine a little grey round neck t-shirt underneath and your favourite jeans.

Empire Line Day Dress

If you are looking for a party dress or a dress that you can layer with old tee shirts and dress down... this is the dress for you! How beautiful is this red?! How gorgeous is the empire line design? How good would it look on you?!? I really don't need to sell this one to you i'm sure, It can be adjusted in length, but it can't be adjusted at the bust which measures 32" however, I have 1 more meter of this fabric, so if you really love it and are a little bigger, i'll see what I can do about making you one to your particular requirements...

This dress is so versatile that I don't really know where to begin with my description... I suppose what most comes to mind is Ally McGraw in Love Story... don't you think? It's really kinda preppy.... I love this dress with the roll neck underneath... but it looks equally cute with a little round necked blouse or if you're feeling very daring wear it on its own as an evening dress and you will definitely make an impression...... Anyway, you can layer this dress as much or as little as you want so you can gaurantee that you will be able to keep yourself warm over these winter months. This fabric has sold out, but the dress can be made in many other fabrics, so if you like the style then give me a shout, i'll put up a picture of an alternative as soon as I have one made to show you all!

Drop Waisted Slouch Dress

This dress is designed to be worn with jeans or some lovely leggings.... and obviously with a little tee underneath to keep you warm! I wouldn't want any of you to catch cold going out with out the appropriate ammount of layering! You can just see Kate moss stepping out in this can't you? I could only get 1 meter of this fabric, so i'm afraid once it's gone, it's gone, and you will own a completely unique piece of clothing... It's one size so it can be worn by the skinny size 6s of you right through to the curvier size 14s..... you'll all look fantastic in it! This fabric has sold out, however I have some equally insane purple retro to make some more in! I'll put up another picture as soon as its finished!

Fitted 1960s Evening Dress

Measurements; Bust: 32" 83cm, Waist: 25" 64cm, Hips: 34" 88cm and knee length

I can't decide if this is a completely retro piece of 60s kitsch or a gorgeous 80s throwback... perhaps its an absolutely bang up to date 2006 exclusive design by my little empire....... Either way its so beautiful, it is completely tailored so it fits each curve perfectly... It has to be worn to be believed how good it makes your figure look! There is a vent at the back to aid walking, the front and back each have four darts to shape the waist, the neckline is rouched at the shoulder and a slash neck, and the back zips up with a nice long zip so you don't have to squeeze the dress over the extra mince pies that have found their way onto your bum!
