The white scrolling LED belt buckle arrived this morning, all teh way from Hong Kong.
Its probably going to take me a month to figure out just how to programme it as the instructions came in Engrish, for example:
4.0 Storing the messages.
4.1 Enclosed the battery, the display mode is the letters in the entry item display from right to Left in turn, the entry item of display is the first one, as the picture below:
oh, right, I see.
So far I've managed to make it say "1337" and "312 0WNS U" cos somehow I messed up with the "1"...

OK so phoned up the dvla. I now have to write a letter with the details of me declaring the car SORN (off road) so they can find the orginal letter I sent, at the time of requesting the refund on the tax disk.
So not only have I just spent 20 mins on the phone (18 of which waiting to speak to someone) I now have to write people letters - which I hate usuing snail mail.
I did ask the guy on the phone if there was anyone I could write to at the dvla I could write to to fine them for the time I've had to waste to do all this.
Cunts.
Guilty untill I prove myself innocent.

Just been fined £40, which could go up to £80 for failing to buy a tax disc for my car.
Not my current car you must understand. The one that got written off earlier this year.
Whose tax disc I sent back to the dvla to get a refund on and to declare the car as not being on the road any more.
They even sent me an £86 pound refund in a cheque.
So now my effort is required once again, so I dont end up having to go to court or pay 40/80 quid.
And for what?
There amazing computerized system to fine people who forget to pay their road tax is clearly not linked to the same fucking database of people/cars that are decalred as no longer on the road.
