I'm wearing all black again today, did yesterday too - highlighted by the fact i have cat fur all over me.

Cats seem to like me more when I'm wearing black and they can malt all over me.

Anyways,

I've given up on black dickies, they're not as ace as they should be so bought some other black pants - which as they turn out, are far nicer.

Purchased from Westworld. I dont usually like the Westworlds here, cos historically (ie. past few years) they have just been a byword for Bench retailers. And i dont really like Bench clothing from the culture of people who used to wear it a few years ago.

But the westworld below my shop isnt too bad, though a bit sterile.

So these pants; Carhat work pants, very similar to Dickies. But these are baggyier.

And have teflon in the fibres, which the Dickies should of had but never so any proof unlike these pants; when it rains, the rain just collects in bubbles and runs off (wet shoes though...)

I dare say if i wee'd my pants, say in a plane crash situation, the wee would run straight down my leg

(and again onto my shoes...)

from a conversation last night;

R - "you can do a degree in surf teaching, but its not like you need to do a degree in it to be a surf instructor"

1312 - "for sure, surely experience would be better than a degree"

R - "the people i know that are surf instructors have been surfing since, like, they were like embryos"

1312 - "what so, when their mothers waters broke, they came surfing the wave out?"

Both R and Sparkle look at me disgusted.

Its been a week now since 1312 and sparkle returned from holiday in Greek.

A place called Tigaki, on Kos in Greece put us up for 2 weeks and delivered glorious sunshine all day every day, 40+ degree heat and importantly, no xml.

Getting away from Manchester was, well, fuckin ace. Sitting around all day everyday, in the sun, sleeping and doing nothing was, well, fuckin ace.

Will have to give big ups to the Rock'n'Blues bar in Tigaki for not playing any dance music what so ever and for generally being top people - cheers guys.

Also shouts to the Swiss people who I think where as amused by us as we where they, Leonie and Dorit of Aargau in Switzerland, who totally where not German despite speaking it.

Also big ups to the dude who worked in the Almanac bar in Kos for being cool.
