I'll have to take pictures of the "1337" house i saw cos it totally pwns the n00bs on whatever road its on.

(this morning a man not to far away from the 1337 house was playing air guitar on the pavement outside the l337 house)

Pleased to report that queen adreena rocked last night - they never fail to impress (so much so i'll be investigating the sheffeild gig and seeing how viable it is for me to get to)

Also discovered the oriental buffet in Leeds is actually tons better than the buffet in manchester - so I guess we'll be making trips to Leeds when the buffet desire burns in us, cos it also gives us summin to do. Walk around a city thats not this one for a change.

And look forward to "the grgx ensemble", or "it tastes cold", or "fred burnley and friend(?)" or whatever else we decide to call this great musical expression of *something* of ours, which is vowed to play the star and garter/night and day by christmas with a minimum of 2 songs and 2 covers chosen *not* by me lol

Ladytron last night - glad I saw them despite thinking they werent as good as they used to be. Seemed less together, the mixing less proffesional (now and then bits of instruments would just appear or dissapear when you thought they shouldnt) and they did some of there songs in ways I didnt really like. But still was worth going.

But where did all the tall bloody people come from?

I mean the rest of the time i'm not swamped with tall people. Only at gigs.

Do they go to gigs to stand infront of small people and be in the way? Its like they only ever go to gigs, not clubs or pubs, they *just* go to gigs to stand in front of small people. Sods.

This morning on the way to work, in the totally most un-cool car in the world, a new Nissan Micra (photos may follow) I noticed a woman driving a grey VW Polo.

Now I wasnt in a hurry, was just cruising. And frankly, the Micra isnt a car I'd want to hurry cos its over assited brake pedal and general weight of the car send the wallowy suspension all over - its quite nausaiting and frightening.

She was though.

Cutting people up, swapping lanes and all that. She had a right stressed look on her face too.

Every lane swap she did was a bum move - she kept getting stuck behind people turning or parked cars and then had to cut someone else up.

Where as I just cruised on the Micra. And I still beat her to town.

Now the moral here isnt that rushing doesnt get you places faster. It can.
The moral here is you have to actually look a few car lengths in front of you in order to pull it off, otherwise everything is a surprise like it was for that woman.

Plus I enjoyied blocking her, making her life just that little bit more stressful. haha loser

as it is todays been random as shit.

my cars probably been written off and i spent an hour or so in the hospital, as some daft old bat rear ended me as i was picking my car up from the garage.

so i didnt end up doing much work and now with back strain and whiplash, and no car - both me and my pride are hurt.

Right things are getting a bit more back to normal now.

I might try and resume normal service.
