Lack of posts as I've not been around a computer, or one that could access this site for like a week now.
I got back from Devon and dossed a couple o days then worked for www.welovetheweb.com re-doing the Mr Scruff website at the "We Love The Web" headoffice, Moss Side... Nah its all good. But apprently you do sometimes hear gun shots (yeah yeah 11:30 on a Friday morning I'm sure I heard some...)
Then worked my shop Saturday and Sunday before setting off to Ipswich to do another store opening. A day at work and then a 4 and half hour drive there. At least I was well rested before setting off lol
Had a Peugeot 307 1.4 for that - not quick, comfy seat, though no where to put my spare arm while driving, cd player and aircon bonuses but the most fucking irritating "feature". When breaking hard or fast, it flashed the hazard lights automatically. So like on a motorway when your breaking to avoid an accident it warns the drivers behind you. But; I'm a 22 year old boy racer. Every time I touched the breaks on the motorway, slip roads, fast a-roads, my road (etc.) this fucker was flashing its hazard lights and I couldnt figure out how to stop it. Fucking piss annoying!
The store opening was a peice of piss - largly cos the stock never arrived and I'm home a day early cos the stock was due to arrive tonight and I gotta work We Love The Web Thursday and Friday. So I basically got paid to be on a jolly, cos all we did was set up some clothing stands, do a bit of sales prep in the Colchester Freespirit and take our time doing it.
They got me a Skoda Octavia estate to do stock transfers in (3 hole boxes lol) - was a 1.9 TD and despite not having a CD player (the fucks all that about, air con and a trip computer but no CD player?) was a nice car. The driving position and drive was very similar to my Polo, it didnt feel so big and it was so comfortable on the motorway.
It did 360 miles or summin on £28 of deisel. My car will do 300 ish miles on £28 of petrol and its a 1.4. The Skoda was carting 4 of us and boxes to and from Ipswich and Colchester before getting 2 of us and luggage up to Sheffield and Manchester last night. Lol 4:35 driving time, 57mph average speed, 263 miles, 48.2mpg, 15.5 degrees C and the car thought it could do another 160 miles on just over 1/4 of a tank of diesel left in it.
1312 hopes to see GRGX when he gets back of tour - but not this weekend as 1312 goes back on tour, working at the Bug Jam festival (www.bugjam.co.uk) down at Santa Pod (map) which is about 2 and half hours away.

I've come back from a week in Devon, after working 16 days on the trot and have things to do with today, get hair cut, pay expenses back into back etc. and deal with my runny nose.
I've lived with cats all my life yet I do appear to be allergic to them. As I come home to find my parents taking in a cat off a friend who is moving away.
Now, if I spend time away and come back and see my cat, Fred, my nose runs like mad - and he doesnt malt that bad or really like contact with people.
This new cat, Billy (or Bobby - I totally forget which) malts and seems to like nothing more than attention from people. As my parents have now gone to work, hes pestering me to sit on me and meaow almost constantly at me.
Its a lovely soft bugger, but it never seems to shut up and my nose is running almost non stop.
At least I'm not allergic to Pepsi yo...

Barnstaple. Odd place. More inbred than where I'm from yet bigger and full of old people. Big ups D-Unit from Dundee and Dry Dale from Sheffield - see you guys in North Sheilds as 1312 continues his Freespirit national tour with another store opening in the Royal Quays Outlet Centre this coming weekend.
And, contrary to belief, I'm not "fckin mental".
(No no no. I'm a mentalist haha)
